The good. Wonderful staff. Anderson helped us store our luggage before check-in and was very helpful. Our 6th (606) floor room was great with a view and windows to allow fresh air. The bad. On an earlier stay we had a late check in and our lower floor room had one window and view blocked on all side by a wall. Near train station and grand plaza, but be careful walking around neighborhood at night. Wierd vibe and all men (no women) congregating. I would go back.

The hotel uses bohemian decor which is a very cute and refreshing. The rooms had a modern design and breakfast was amazing. The staff was wonderful as well.

I do not recommend this hotel. This hotel is unbearably hot - on a hot April day they will not allow you to use air-conditioning despite this being listed as part of the booking.com amenities. 2 staff came to check the unit at night, we were told the air-conditioning was broken, and they couldn't do anything to fix it and wouldn't get a repair person out. We had to spend the night in a sweltering room, with only a small fan they managed to find. The next day we were switched to another room. Same situation, but this time we were told that they will not give air-conditioning at this time of year and there's nothing else they will do. We have already paid and they will not give us a refund to go somewhere else so we are stuck here.

We had a fire drill happening and the staff acted that they didn’t know what to do and how to co-ordinate and evacuate the guests. The room siren was super loud and annoying. It appeared that they have those fire drills very frequently on the weekly basis or something may be wrong with the building and they don’t tell the guests. After check in and upon arriving in the room we found two pairs of new (sealed) ear plugs on the bedside stands and we were wondering what’s that all about. Front desk never advised us about it. Sure enough we experienced the nightmare. I still have ear tinnitus from the sirens loud noise. If they would have disclosed the issue upfront then I would had definitely not stayed at this hotel. And after all we received no apology or acknowledgment of any kind of the unpleasant situation they created.

The property itself is gorgeous and our stay was very pleasant but unfortunately the area around is surrounded by vagabonds and piles of garbage. It’s not the hotel’s fault but we felt unsafe going in and out of the hotel.

Amazing hotel!!! Close to the Gare du Midi station but doesn’t feel safe to walk here at night. However, the ambiance and vibe of the hotel is really nice and I would recommend staying here!

I really loved my stay here. A really lovely placed tucked into a not so lovely area - however, looks like it’s starting to be renovated. The hotel itself was very comfy and the staff were great. One thing to note is that the hotel can get quite dusty, so make sure to get a daily clean. Otherwise - fab place.

The hotel, staff and hotel experience is fantastic- the neighborhood is rough.

The hotel is nice, be careful of the neighborhood! Very sketchy oart of town, though there is a close by metro station, does not feel safe to walk around especially early in the morning or after dark. Brussels transportation system is already confusing with 3 languages- so either be ready to pay for taxis amd ubers or stay at another part of town that is better placed.
