Genel otel ortamı ve ambiyansı gayet iyi durumda, fakat eksik personel yapısı ile hizmet almanız oldukça zor. Kullanılan gıda ürünlerdeki kalitesizlik, ıslak mendil bile bulamamak, garsonlardan birşey isteyene kadar yarım saat geçmesi, oda temizliğinde aksaklıklar düzelmesi dileğiyle..

A very clean hotel. The fish dishes were very tasty. The cherry cheesecake was very fresh.

The hotel is good, very friendly service, Rooms are very big and comfort. The food is good. But (!) There are a lot of (cute but not so clean) cats everywhere, even in the restaurants, go on the tables even when you eating. I have an allergic to cats, so I had a lot of problems every day that’s really Ruined my vacation.

Her anlamda mükemmel idi. Güler yüzlü personel, lezzetli yemekler, konforlu oda, temiz ve bakımlı bir ortam var idi. Hotel yönetimini ve çalışanları gönülden tebrik ederim

Beautiful resort, Staff was polite and helpful for the entire stay. Food Great. Couldn’t ask for more fore the price and the Great time I had!!

This place is absolutely amazing your made to feel right at home as soon as you pass the gate its rsally secure the buffet is amazing the bar is to die for the beach is beyond a dream and all the staff are so amazing its unreal hobestly i cant express enough how much i would recommend staying here also the room is unreal i thought I'd walked into the hilton

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war auch sehr gut, grosse Auswahl. Früchte waren nicht immer ganz frisch oder schon verfault. Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich herabgekommen. Die Sofas/Sessels in der Lounge ziemlich alt und nicht sauber. Die Tapeten an den Wänden lösen sich auch schon. Überall Katzen, dementsprechen riecht es auch an einigen Orten sehr streng. Habe Kleider zur Reinigung gegeben, die Kleider kamen wieder mit Flecken retour, habe es gemeldet und es wurde vom Preis abgezogen. Es war aber trotz allem ein angenehmer aufenthalt.
