Malesef eski zamanlarını aratan bir otel haline dönmüş… Servis anlamında çok büyük sorunları var. Birkaç eski çalışanı tenzih ederek söylemek istiyorum, deneme oteli ayarında bir hizmet var. Çatal bıçak isteğime şurdaki servis aracının üstünden alabilirsiniz cevabını bile aldım. Yetersiz sayısının yanında neredeyse yüzde 80 inin 15 yaşında liseli / meslek yüksekokulu çocuğun çalıştığı bir yapıda kaliteli hizmet beklentinin çok altında.. Tesis güzel bir tesis ancak yönetim konusunda ciddi sorunları da var. Belli saatlerde havlu verilmesi ve belli saatlere sıkışmış bir takım temel hizmetler… Mesela 17-19 saatleri arası yiyecek bulmanın neredeyse imkansız olması… Kısacası köklü değişikliklerin elzem hale geldiği Rönesans grubunun mirasını yiyen bir otel…

Питание мягко говоря посредственное. А точнее, еда просто плохая. Включённый алкоголь отвратительный. Интерьер номеров хороший, но открытая ванная и унитаз за полупрозрачной, не доходящей до потолка дверью это ужасно. Общее впечатление- отель ветшает. Персонал, при этом старается, все улыбчивые, дружелюбные и внимательные. Ещё один плюс- шикарная территория, просто сосновый лес и очень красивая природа вокруг.

Very nice Hotel with great facilities..We had a standard room which was big with a reception area with sofa desk and TV and then the bedroom with massive bed and TV.. Staff very friendly and obliging.. The location within a forest was very chilling.. It was very quite and relaxing there in February but I can imagine it very noisy in middle of the season and the tranquility gone..

Good place friendly services,clean room,comfy bed,nice gym equipment and enough space for workout.

We have been here 5 times over the past 7 years and always enjoy our break. The grounds are huge and well kept, the food in both the buffet and specialty restaurants is incredibly fresh (organically grown in their own farm) and everything is kept extremely clean and tidy.

room was nice, confusion over late check out which i believe happens a lot according to trip advisor, so double check this with a manager and in plenty of time to pack before kick out time! lots of food but same things everyday, only one shower in the spa to use on check out so give yourself plently of time. steak restaurant was good, so much food, worth the money, can pay lira or euros for restaurants and watersports.

On arrival room was found to be dirty. No air con for three days. Food we ate was not hot three days in a row. Very dissatisfied.

My 6 o/y Daughter and I stayed for a long weekend. We had a Family suite and we're extremely impressed with how spacious and well laid out it was - it had a complete second shower room which was a big plus for me. The suite was very clean and in-room amentities were good (as some Hotels only like to provide water). I found the staff extremely professional, friendly and attentive and the overall atmosphere was very relaxed. Although not owned by the Hotel I felt the Spa was a little 'tired' and could do with a 'refresh' but the treatments I had were very good. It was a pity (due to low season) the 'mini club' wasn't manned during the day - as it appeared to be able to cater to all areas of activity. I would like to revisit during 'high' season to compare.

It was a very nice and enjoyable stay at this beautiful hotel.
