Second visit to this hotel. We come for the Worthing Surf Music Festival. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is gorgeous with lots of choices. But the best thing is the friendliness and service all the staff give. Really top notch service!

Above and beyond service

Single rooms at the back need a little attention but my son was upgraded and his room was comfortable and the staff were super kind.

Lack of accessibility, most rooms are upstairs, esp if you want a good view, and there is not a lift. Steps to get in everywhere, lack of railings.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and hosted our roadshow in the meeting room on the 25th-26th April with our team. From start to finish, everything was excellent. The entire process was smooth and well organised. I would especially like to thank Richard and Suzanne from our very first email communication to the warm welcome on arrival and making sure everything was perfectly arranged throughout our stay. Their professionalism and support made a real difference. The hotel’s location is also fantastic and very convenient. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for both business events and accommodation.
