"Room was a disappointment"

The location was good for the airport

The first room (106) was not clean. The door of the bathroom stuck as the door handle was on upside down and there was mould in the bath. The toilet roll holder was broken.The metal base of the bed was exposed and sharp. After changing room to 124 there was still mould around the bath and the water did not drain away whilst showering.

Not much but I am more disappointed your service than them canceling my reservation because they wouldn't accept my card for the security deposit. But they did that upon arrival. Contacted you and you have done nothing to get my money back.
