Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Airport

Loved the lobby and the fact that there was a restaurant. Breakfast was not included, not a deal breaker. Beds were not comfortable and light came in through the door from the hallway. Staff was friendly. Close to the airport. Restrooms by the lobby were "well used" and soap dispenser didnt work.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I stay in a lot of hotels and we got sheets with drops of blood. Food was expensive and not very good.

The guy that checked us in was very nice and efficient. The hotel is run down. Gym smelt like BO, hallways needed drywall repair on the ceiling, room was smelly and would not cool down. The whole hotel was hot. It was a 90 degree day but the ac should have been able to cool the place down. The windows were filthy. All in all not a great place to stay but at least the check in guy was nice.

The hotel is outdated and any remodel or repairs have been done very badly. Stayed nearly a week for work and never had hot water, internet is awful (for people that need it for work), and got locked out of my room due to broken door/key lock. I had to move everything to a worse room where all power outlets were stripped out and unusable. I brought up my issues with front desk and nothing was done. Avoid this place at all costs.

I checked out at 5 AM and rode the shuttle to the airport, I later received a message asking why I had not checked out. I was the only person in the lobby when I checked out with the gentleman at the front desk. I am unsure why a mistake was made.

The place was okay but run down. The lobby was noticeably muggy and hot. The restaurant was odd with weird lighting. The windows looking out from the room were so dirty you could barely see out. Sadly the worst part of this hotel was that in order to walk from the train station you had to risk you life walking under the highway with a bunch of rough looking homeless folks passed out or even worse, awake and making you feel unsafe

It was great and the room was nice. The front desk was great help.

The building is in need of an upgrade. The room was not as clean as it could be. The corner chair had stains on the cushion. The bathroom was in need of repair as the toilet needed to be flushed 2 to 3 times and the shower pressure was extremely weak and the faucet questionable. The bathroom door squeaked very loudly when opening and closing, so a little W-D 40 would have worked. The $4.99 breakfast experience was a nightmare, although the one gentleman tried his best to provide missing items such as eating utensils, napkins, coffee, hot water, etc. There was no food to speak of by 8 a.m., which was probably due to the large group of tourists having to eat by 7 and leave. Whoever was in charge of the eating facility appeared to be overwhelmed and ill prepared to handle a large morning crowd. The pool was not available and access to the gym was denied by our room card. The people working the front desk, food areas, cleaning areas and bar were very cordial and nice and did their best, but it would appear they need more support from corporate to improve. I would suggest more help with the food service staff as it was clearly lacking for the breakfast. Not enough offerings, missing items and lack of staff. Overall, its a great location, the bed was comfortable, but the price of $155 overall was ridiculous. No more than a $100 would be appropriate. Best of luck, but I will choose another hotel should I visit Salt Lake City again. Namaste.
