Location and helpful people

Did not respond to my email. Did not give my money for two days I did not accommodate in due to delay at the airport.

Staff made check in incredibly difficult. The place lists itself as a “pay at property” hotel, but will definitely try to charge your card before you arrive. Heat either doesn’t work or works too well and burns you up. Hot water is hit and miss. Half the rooms don’t have microwaves or fridges. This recent stay, I left with huge itchy welts all over my body. Presumably from bed bugs. Stay at your own risk.

It was smelling molded and also smelled chemical. It is unsafe to rent such a terrible place to customers. We rejected to stay there and we got our money back

It’s fine for price

The staff was inattentive and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. When I approached the front desk, it took several minutes before anyone acknowledge me. On the other hand, the overall condition of the hotel was poor, with peeling paint, broken fixtures and furniture that seem very dirty and old.

This place is disgusting. You get what you pay for I supposed, and with this place being the cheapest option in the area... well then it speaks to the level. Days Inn is a national chain, but obviously this franchise is not well managed at all. It is very conveniently located though, not just to nearby DC but restaurants nearby. But I hope you have a high tolerance for gross, dirty, un-tidied and unrenovated hotels.
