Days Inn by Wyndham Arlington/Washington DC

This place should be torn down and made a new hotel. I would love to leave you lots of pictures that I took. No heat or air conditioner, not working.

Great location. But the whole place needs renovation. Room was pretty degraded, thought the bathroom was clean and fine.

Very old building, very dirty with the mouse and small insects walking on the walls. Did not get a good rest. I will never recommend any one there. I am sorry. I wish I could get a refund for my waste of money and two days I spends there. We were 3 people in the room and they said they can only give two towels…very unhappy 😭😭

I never see that kinda dirty motel in my life! Everything is old and dirty. I feel disappointed!

Dirty, unsafe

The establishment is in terrible condition and is being run in a clueless manner. Room condition: bathroom door did not lock; plu points were unusable (loose, broken) Housekeeping: we stayed for 3 days, no cleaing done at all! We were told rooms are cleaned, towels restocked on alternate days but obviously not Front desk: some of the staff are helpful, some others clueless. I went to pick up fresh towels after findng out that housekeeping wasn't done, and they didn't have bath towels stocked! Choose this hotel only if you cannot find a room anywhere else. The website will tell you 'only 1 room left' (as we were told), it's all hogwash - most of the rooms are available anyway!

Horrible service!!!

I was charged a security deposit upon arriving. I walked into those pictures and more. I asked for a different room. Wasn’t too happy that none of the outlets worked, so when the receptionist came to my room to verify none of the outlets worked (he didn’t), he took my key cards and told me to contact my agency for a refund. I’m still fighting for that refund in a hotel I never stayed at, as they keep bouncing the refund authority on the other. But as of now, I’ve paid and I deserve to review my experience :). I’ve had quite a time being denied sleep while traveling! 36 hours awake will really open your eyes and allow you to see the beauty of this property!
