It was quite rundown, but the staff was very helpful and quickly got us anything that we needed that wasn’t in the room

I gave it two stars because of the price. The bathroom towel holder was coming off the wall and the shower curtain holder was broken and hanging down. The carpet in the room was wet and the air conditioner only had the on and off button on it.The bed was extremely hard not only in our room but the one next door as well because that woman was moaning about it for some time and kept moving around pushing the headboard up against the wall trying to get comfortable,oh did I mention how thin the walls were. The breakfast was also bad we tried the microwaved bacon and powdered eggs but ended up splitting a bagel. Never going back there again.

Need a big time upgrade its ok if u dont care where u sleep

The property and restroom were old not cleaned, door was old and had to force to close, a/c unit was filthy; the eating area and food were acceptable

Horrible condition. Stains on furniture and carpet. Dirt and cobwebs in the bathroom. Thin walls and noisy neighbors well into the early morning hours. The worst part was the bathtub - the caulking separated from the wall allowing water to seep to the underside of the tub. Stepping into it felt like walking on a waterbed mattress which sloshed the water around underneath stirring up a pungent and horrible smell of mold. This tells me it has been like this for a while and never addressed or fixed. Definitely not worth staying in this run down place.

Firstly, when you check-in, they demand a $50 security fee, I’ve never been asked for that before. The reception carpet is very dirty. The room was so small there wasn’t even space to put my case. Cables hanging down the wall. Dirty room. The window in the shower wouldn’t close and I think that’s where I got bites on my legs through the bugs getting in. The toilet area was so small that if you sat on the toilet, you banged your head on the wall when getting up. Damaged furniture. Nothing like the photographs on the website. At checkout, I ask about my $50 security payment, Was told I should get it back after five working days. Lots of drunken people arguing outside my room about 3 am, didn’t feel very safe there. I think this hotel should be removed from a Hotels.com. I think the hotel is passed refurbishment it needs demolishing.

The staff was friendly and I enjoyed the morning breakfast.

Filthy carpet in lobby. Smells damp. Phone in room don’t work. Poorly lit external spaces (not secure). Property in appalling condition. Air conditioner so loud impossible to sleep. Do not stay here THE PHOTOS ARE MISSLEADING - FALSE Advertising

Spent a few days in DC with my 15year old son. Picked this hotel because of price, free parking and access to the metro. The days are definitely numbered for this hotel, I can definitely see a high rise condo being built within the next few years at this location. Given that I see why the hotel is in the condition it is. It was a little rough but served its purpose. Felt safe and breakfast was nice and convenient. Parking was plentiful and free. I probably would stay somewhere else next time I visited the area.

Ok for a quick stay bug I'd look for something else next time. smelled bad and was dirty
