Large suites and descent breakfast

Dirty-sticky floors, stains on carpet, broken bathroom door. Appeared to have hosted lots of parties

It was a good place to stay in a good location between Newark and New Castle and near the Brandywine valley area, all of which we wanted to explore. A comfortable place to return to after a day of exploring. It was nice that we could cook when we wanted to, which helped our budget.

The mattress was not very comfortable. It was soft with a dip in it. The hot choices for breakfast were pretty bland. The laundry facilities were only partially working and hard to figure out (unreadable instructions on the display)

Room was very spacious and accommodated us and our furbabies very comfortably. SUPER clean! you would never know that it was "pet friendly"!

Excellent. Great fast and easy check in and check out just easy no hassle. Clean rooms comfortable atmosphere.look forward to staying again.

The size of the room that I was supposed to get instead of the room that I got!

When we got there we had to get a larger room than what we reserved. It had stairs that I didn't like the banisters were sticky I had to clean them. The refrigerator was not clean. The coffee pot was broken to make coffee. No vacuuming was done and toothpaste was on the sink and counter of the first floor bathroom. When I go to Delaware I normally stay here. But next year I will go elsewhere they changed owners and it went downhill. I was not satisfied at all for what I paid. And when I booked the room no one told me I had to pay for parking so it's a no for me for this hotel. I've been staying here for the past 15 years but this time was not good at all.

Good

Grossest hotel I’ve stayed at in 30 years. The floors were greasy and the countertops and tables had grime. We wiped one paper towel across the surface and it came out brown. The only saving grace was the sheets were clean. I will not stay at this hotel again. You would expect more for the price they charged.
