It was very nice for the money

Ii didn’t like having to pay $5 for parking. They have there own lot with plenty of spaces for each unit I thought this made them seem cheap.

The TV in the couch area was not working (it turned on)- I called and the gentleman said the cable probably got disconnected- not sure how that happened. And he would let someone know. No one came and I wasn't able to reach behind and fix the cable. Not giving you a bad review- but this is poor customer service.

11/13/25 When we arrived at 8pm to check in, we were told that the hotel didn’t have hot water. We were told that we could still check in and if our room in fact didn’t have hot water, we could leave. We asked if one of the front desk workers could go up to the room that was reserved for us to determine if there was hot water. It turns out that the room didn’t have hot water. The front desk staff didn’t have any answers to if there were repairs being done or if there was a timeline of when the hot water would be working again. The customer services was horrible. It would have been appreciated if we had received a phone call prior to walking in the hotel front door about the lack of hot water. Thankfully after a quick search, we were able to find a different hotel.
