I liked the location and parking

It wouldve been better if the towels were more available and the outside needs a power wash,the walls inside need repainting,and if they would've recommended a 2 br apartment instead of me renting two separate rooms also the pancake machine was not working properly.

The location is not far from downtown Wilmington. The rooms are spacious.

The cable was down for both days/ night. The entire stay was without cable. The Lady that works the 1st shift is very disrespectful and doesnt value customers.

Room was large; nice kitchen; liked that there was a door between bedroom and living area

Bathroom had two areas that were not cleaned well - sink counter had white residue that was easily wiped off but had been left; and one of the shelves in the bathtub had soap residue from bar soap. That was kind of gross.

Old property and not clean. The TV didn’t work and they didn’t tell us until I called the front desk.

Breakfast was the best ever. Many many options to choose. Bed was comfortable as were pillows. My room had new carpet, paint, trim. Well kept. Very, very clean

I was not informed of a $5/day parking fee at the check in nor was it listed under the hotel website. It was made aware when I updated my stay for another week. I informed the reception clerk I did not park on their lot but on the public street. She may have decided not to charge me. I’ll look at my receipt upon check out. If so, that was a kind gesture. Also, housekeepers were pleasant, friendly, and never forgot an extra box tissues etc. thanks girls!

These rooms were suites, which was a plus

The room was not very clean, walls were dirty and the carpet had stains.
