The room smelled awful like mildew. Walked in with the fridge pulled out and not working. I should of asked for another room but was too tired

Location in relationship to our planned event

The pool was green and needed a touch up. Staff were not the friendliest when inquiring about amenities. The bathroom was not cleaned properly.
