Courtyard Philadelphia Willow Grove

We were please with room space & beds. However, were disappointed the hot tub was not broken.

Close to highway, staff was friendly and knowledgeable

The property was so quiet but it was centrally located to everything we needed, shopping, dining, entertainment and the hotel stay was just an overall delight

This is a lower end Marriot hotel . The rooms were nice but older televisions make relaxing hard. The pool area is well beyond its useful life . The pool is just big enough . The young lady at the front desk was great however her manager was rude , presumptive and down right offense . She told me I had to many people and not enough rooms when there were 11 people and 3 rooms and each room holds four people . Will never return here and I’m very disappointed with the Marriot .

The pool was too cold after being in it for hour pools get A little warm

The only thing didn’t go as planned it was the online check-in. I told them I would be there around one, and it said to expect a text when the room was ready. I never got a text, so I ended up not having to check in until later, this is not a dealbreaker. The facility was clean, the staff was very nice and accommodating, I would recommend a hotel for sure. The online check-in issue was a small, minor inconvenience. It just didn’t work out in our favor.

The property did not offer amenities advertised and was not flexible in any way with my reservation or courtesy of other upgrades. The amenity of interest was why I chose this property. Even the Expedia agent who communicated with the property was surprised by their unwillingness to do anything at all. My deposit for incidentals at checkin was posted to my account and it is one week later and has not been credited back. I travel extensively and I usually present a card for incidentals which is typical but never have I actually been charged (when I’ve not purchased any) and then, to not receive a credit one week later!
