"2 bedroom suite"

I like the size of the room. The only issue I had was that the air conditioner wasn't working. The maintenance man came and fixed the AC right away.

The pool was closed at the facility and it was really hot that day. But we were able to swim at the Fairfield hotel across the road.

"Could have bene better"

The main room air conditioner was broke and the window air conditioner that was in the window blew directly on the bed when you where sleeping instead of cooling the room. The bed has divits from being used too long. Hard to sleep when you are half your body is in a divit. The outer doors are not secure. They have key scanners but the locks have been removed from the doors. Anyone can walk into the hotel with out being screened.

The room was not ready at check in. We waited about 45 minutes and then had to change in the bathroom as we had reservations somewhere. The front desk person was very apologetic and super nice. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. It looks like they hadn't swept the hallways in a very long time. It was convenient to where we were visiting but I'm not sure I'd stay there again.

The staff was nice and helpful however the accommodations were not great, room smell like smoke in which is generally dirty furniture was very uncomfortable.

We loved our stay, especially the staff! Lola, Sharlene, Emma & all the others were great. I feel like I’ve known Lola forever! She was so kind and helpful! The food was great & our room was good. 1 problem: Our TV didn’t work Friday night or Saturday morning. We’re big sport’s fans, that was draft night & basketball play offs. Not good! We thank all of you for being so kind, accommodating, patient & lots of fun! Jon & Barb Baker
