The bathroom door was broken..and the ice machine was in the office and they give you one little bag of ice.

The property does NOT have the amenities as advertised on expedia. NO pool, mini golf, or breakfast

Nice quick place to stay. But needs updating. Would have been a perfect score from me until my wife found mold in the bathroom tub. Other than that it was ok

The listing for this hotel is WRONG.. There is NO pool, NO continental breakfast (just coffee) and the pet fee is $11.50 not $10 as listed... The hotel is outdated, dirty and the management staff / receptionist is rude. Asked for a final bill or copy of sign in sheet, at checkout - was denied REPEATEDLY, until I finally just gave up and left..... ONLY 2 towels for a 4 person room. Pillows were thin and lumpy. AC had difficulties keeping the room at 78*. The location, makes for a lot of road (big truck) noise. The room phone had a message that couldn't be erased and beeped THROUGHOUT the night (asked for assistance and was told to just unplug the phone - but needed the phone for my son to call in on).... I have NO idea HOW this hotel has 5 stars???

They send me to smoke room and the change me to the no smoke room. But the TV doesn’t work

We came to stay at this hotel this past weekend. I can tell you things that we saw wrong with this room we stay in. I have never in my life stay in something that doesn’t stay clean. We saw fleas, roaches, Spiders, Beatles, plus our room smelled awful. Not trying to sound rude but it’s the truth!

Hotel.com lists property as pet friendly. Checked in very late on Saturday night with one pet and PER THE HOTEL WEBSITE it says to pay $10/day pet fee at desk at checkout. There was no opportunity to pay ahead of time. Manager came Sunday and locked the door to the room because pet fee was not paid at check in. Explained the situation and offered to pay the fee immediately, but manager refused to unlock the door and made us leave. We had to book another hotel for Sunday night and lost the $100 we paid to stay at America’s Best Value Inn. We asked for a refund and were told too bad. BE VERY WARE BEFORE BOOKING HERE. Management was uncaring and dishonest.

Only hotel available in area over weekend. Had to drive 25mins to site. My “spider senses” started tingling when I arrived at the front entrance. My initial thought was “Im paying $144 to stay in what at first impression looks like a crack hotel”! Had I not been exhausted from a long day I would have just left and taken the monetary hit and found a better hotel. Not the friendliest front staff person. The room appeared clean but outdated. When I went to shower, the fixture nearly came out of the wall and the caulking in the tub was different colors. I grabbed a clean towel but the one next to it had stains/dirt on it? The bed was hard as a rock and made me wish I would have just slept in car in the Walmart parking lot (which was next door). First and last time at that chain. Oh and the “free breakfast for 2 people” I was promised turned into Coffee between 7-10? Every other hotel I have stayed at in 2021 is back to Full Continental Breakfast. $79 hotel at best. Said 2.5 star hotel but I would rate 1.5.

Worst place EVER.... 1. Barely visible entry way... Red arrow pointing down into a busted up parking lot which almost requires off road tires and 4-wheel drives... 2 .Front desk associate said our reservation hadnt made it to her system1:40pm...2:00 pm she checked the room to ensure it was ready...it was gross.... 3. Had to purchase cleaner with bleach to clean the bathroom... 4. Toilet stopped up... Scared to use... 5. Noise level ar 1am...out of control.... 6. Curtains to haggered and cut up to even look out... 7. Zero ventilation (fake ventilation in the bathroom) for a smoking room!!!!!!
