"The staff and location made the stay good."

Staff were awesome. Helpful and friendly.

The bed wasn't what I consider a Comfort Inn bed. We stay at Comfort Inns a lot and the beds are like sleeping on a cloud. The bed at this one was hard. It wasn't the typical Comfort Inn bed. It's what you would expect at a cheap chain like Motel 6.

We didn’t end up staying the whole stay. The pool was not clean and was very cold. You’re not allowed guests in the pool but that wasn’t a HUGE deal. The room was clean but we did find hair (looked like animal hair) around the room/bathroom. Front desk staff was not very friendly in any encounter.

"Hotel Ownership, get a clue"

The hotel ownership made a very bad ADA decision to only provide one room with a roll in shower and lower the beds. But the front desk staff solved the problem like a champ and moved my partner and I to their sister property. The STAFF were excellent. Ownership is awful.

Beds in CI&S are too low by at least a foot. My disabled partner could barely get in and out.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, always served with a smile. The location was perfect for relaxing evenings, and convenient for shopping, eating out and time spent with family. This was not my first stay, and will definitely not be my last

Expected a heated pool, but that was not the case; was unable to enjoy this amenity due to joint and back pain not receptive to water temp

"The hotel and staff are great. Booking.com needs to be investigated for wire theft by the FCC."

Although Booking.com totally screwed me by making a reservation for a month ahead instead of the night I was making the reservation on, the staff did everything possible to accommodate us and make our stay very pleasant. Comfort Suites = 10. Booking.com = 0.

That Booking.com completely changed my reservation then refused to refund the money, even though they: 1. Changed the date that I was booking from "Tonight" to one month from the evening I was reserving. 2. Changed the reservation by switching my first and last names, causing me to travel between three hotels before we finally figured it out. 3. Sent me incorrect directions and and name for the hotel they had reserved for me (a month from when I traveled!). This caused me to have to either lose the money they were basically stealing from me, or take a day off of work, drive 5 hours each way and pay for an extra night in order to make the best of the situation. Shame on the scammer site Booking.com.
