"It was okay, not the best but not the worst"

Breakfast was good otherwise didn't use much else

Room was small, bed and pillows were not comfy, trash was already in our garbage when we walked in and there was someone else's clothes in the wardrobe. Seemed like the room might have been a quick turn over

"Nice hotel, convenient west side location"

Hotel is older but well maintained. Rooms were clean but showed a little age. Free parking, easy to find off the highway, and a good location convenient to many dining and shopping options. No elevator key card access, but cameras are throughout the hotel so it feels secure. A/C heat worked well in my room.

You could easily hear staff/guests/other rooms televisions through the doors/walls, so not the most insulated or quiet hotel.

I definitely will be back! I have stayed in many hotels and by far this one has been the cleanest. The front desk staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in. Beautiful was amazing and ALOT to choose from. Pool area was also super clean. Close enough to Madison hospital too. Can’t say anything negative about this hotel.
