Above-average breakfast for a 3-star hotel with multiple warm breakfast options and fresh-cut fruits; late breakfast hours (until 10 am) highly appreciated

Unwelcoming check-in with a strict ID/sign-in policy, front entrance closed on arrival at night with delayed response for entry, misleading Wi-Fi policy (only free with rewards program, otherwise paid), a very tight bathroom layout, and an excessive towel damage fee notice

The hotel is located near alot of nice resturants and shops. & Just minutes away from downtown madison. The included breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. This isn't a "grab a simple coffee and donut" breakfast - this was a full on buffet style breakfast with SO many delicious options. We were thoroughly impressed. The rooms are a little on the small side, but we didnt mind as we didn't spend a whole lot of time at the hotel. (And the price was very affordable) Ultimately we were given a safe, clean place to swim and sleep. The complimentary breakfast was definitely the icing on the cake.
