Best Western Premier Lakeland North

Hotel is a dump. My daughter and I had to walk through a dark hallway (no lights) and use my phone to find our room. Inside the room, the carpet had food left over in it. We had maybe one floor lamp to serve as light. Bathroom had dirty shower pan. The room smelled, and around 3 am not only I could breathe because of allergies but we were both woken up to a couple having sex next door. There’s no soundproofing at all. Doors are the same as nothing. The blanket was so thin it was the same as a sheet. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They advertise the hotel with pictures from before their supposed renovation, so it doesn’t look awful online. Reality doesn’t match pictures. Same with breakfast. It’s just a bag with muffins and a banana.

Worth the price!

First room we got was being worked on, no vent covers missing carpets etc. wasn’t gonna give us another room until I asked for a refund. After that changed tone and gave us a better however still very shabby room

Do not stay here even if last option I would still recommend staying in your own vehicle. It was disgusting and terribly dirty from floors to ceilings. Broken, poor repairs, rust, dirty, body fluids etc

Room was filthy. No hot water. Door would not lock. People fighting all night

Very clean

There was a major glitch with Expedia confirmations. I stood in line for 90 min and was never given an update on what was going on. Absolutely terrible service. The front staff never even called the manager.
