I can’t believe Marriott puts their brand on this place. Truly disgusting hotel that I would have not stayed at had I not already paid. Rooms smell musty, everything is dirty outside and inside.

This hotel is a complete disgrace to the Marriott name and a total failure under the management of Mr. Patel. I've tried multiple to reach him at 1-951-310-6500 but just like the hotel his communication fell short. I’ve never experienced such an appalling lack of professionalism and complete disregard for guest privacy. At 8 AM, while we were still asleep, a staff member opened our door without knocking and attempted to enter the room. When they couldn’t get in, they tried again — as if invading a guest’s room was normal. It was not only disturbing, it was outright unacceptable. As if that wasn’t enough, we left the room at 10 AM, still well before check-out, and just two minutes later, housekeeping entered without any confirmation that we had checked out. Again — no knock, no call, no respect for guest privacy. This kind of behavior is not just unprofessional — it’s deeply invasive and reflects a complete failure of basic hospitality standards. Mr. Patel and Umiya Hospitality LLC should be held accountable for operating a property so far below what Marriott guests expect and deserve.
