"The Manager is the Greatest!!! "

The hotel itself isn't a Hilton but for the cost its a great deal. The GREATEST feature in this hotel is the Daytime Manager. He was the absolute GREATEST and a perfect example of a Customer Service Expert!!!! I've stayed in many 4 star Hiltons but never had such Fantastic experience with a Manager.

The hotel was ok for an overnight before travelling. The beds were comfy and it looks like they’ve been renovating. It’s very convenient to the airport and the staff were friendly.

"Do not stay at this hotel!"

There was mold around the tub, there was no hot water to take a shower. The remote for the TV did not work.The staff at the front desk was rude.
