Our room was very clean quick check in

This was the worst hotel I've stayed at. Deceptive pictures! Property was run down and not maintained. Room had chipped plaster on the walls, rusty showerhead, dust on bathroom shelf, gap beneath door, dirty shampoo bottle, broken desk chair, a clock that wasn't even plugged in, saw at least two bugs crawling on floor, and an unpleasant chemical smell which was not only in my room but throughout the whole property. Fitness equipment was also run down, with the treadmill being broken and unusable. At least the staff was kind and willing to help, but I'll never stay at a Ramada again.

No salía agua caliente de regadera, muy poca presión, un letrero en el lobby qué tenias que pedir que te limpiaran tu recamara, terrible

Buena ubicación , cerca al aeropuerto, buen servicio de traslado al aeropuerto, desayuno con frutas

La atención inicial en el front desk no fue la más amable en la primera ocasión , posteriormente mejoró. En la noche y la mañana hubo una alarma que sonó toda la noche ... incómodo el tin tin tin tin.... todo el tiempo.

The hotel is in a great location for the Raymond James Stadium. For one night it definitely served its purpose. But it’s definitely old and my socks were black from walking throughout the room and the bathroom. There were also loose tiles in the bathroom floor.

Our room had roaches. We were not refunded since there was no Manager was on duty. There were at least a few customers that seemed to be residents. Don’t stay here.

its a shit hole its an embarrassment that you have it on your web site . all most forgot would like to be refunded my second day that i didn't stay please let me know how that can happen
