"A nightmare in Ramada"

Roaches crawling on the wall. I killed few of them and left it for staff to see. No hot water in the morning and I had to take a cold shower shower Also the chair in the room did not rise and call reception but they said there is no service till 8 am. At the check out I mentioned the incident to reception and he said he would wave the fee. And never happened.

"Do not stay there even for free."

As we step in on the counter for check in. The customer behind us wanted a refund because of bad bugs. We went into room oh my God the room were so poorly maintained. Bad bugs broken furniture and smoking smell every corner of hotel.
