"Mediocre room. Terrible service. "

Mediocre at best. Less than average service. Room i was given at check in was dirty and uncleaned. Had to switch rooms. My card was charged extra and staff could not explain why. Called front desk and was fed BS then hung up on. I had to call back 6 times to be told call back the next day for a manager. Called the following day and explained the issus. After complaining the missing money was returned to my account. Will not stay here again

"Overpriced, dirty, and nothing like the Marriott standard I expected—so bad I don’t even want to go back to New Mexico."

This was by far the worst property I’ve ever stayed at under the Marriott brand. There was nothing positive about the experience. The bathroom had no soap for a shower, the floor was dirty, and I was placed in a handicap-accessible room without being asked or informed beforehand. The refrigerator didn’t work, and the clock buzzed all night like a ticking bomb—I couldn’t sleep at all before a 12-hour drive the next day. Absolutely horrible stay.

Dirty floor, no soap in the bathroom, wrong room type, broken fridge, loud buzzing clock, and even the sign was off the building—completely unappealing. For the price paid, I expected cleanliness and a property that looked like a Marriott, not a roadside motel.

We've stayed her numerous times. This time, they were under construction and did NOT let us know there was no running water in our room!!! When we told them they said sorry! No refund no change to another room. They told us that the night shift was supposed to inform us that there was no running water because of construction. This should have been advertised!!!!!!!!!!
