front staff was nice but it took forever for someone to answer the phone when i called from the airport or my room. rang at least 10 times.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at the Courtyard by Marriott was unacceptable from start to finish. We were initially assigned a room where the shower didn’t work. When we went downstairs to request a different room, we were met with resistance and had to argue about why having a working shower is a basic expectation. Eventually, we were moved to another room — but things only got worse. The carpet had visible burn marks, the bathroom was filthy, and there was grime and dirt not just on the floor and in the tub, but disturbingly, hair on the ceiling. Clearly, housekeeping did not do a proper job, and the overall state of the room was unsanitary and unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a Marriott-branded property. This was a terrible experience, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. Don't waste your money here.

For the price I paid I expected a more cleaner room. The room smell funky when we first walk in and after turn the a/c on the smell kind of settled. The carpet was just dirty and black the couch was dirty and had a so.e kind of stain on there the ten was kind of black on the bottom. We left our sandals on in the room.

My overall experience was good. I didn't have any issues with my room. The only thing that was an inconvenience was that the property had to have the water turned off for a few hours that morning of my checkout. This was not relayed to me during my check in. It would have been great to know this. There had been a sign at the desk but it was to the side and not pointed out. I did receive a note under my door about it also that morning. I was not too happy with how this was relayed. It would have been smart and convenient to let your customer know this when they check in. I believe it was turned off for repairs and/or renovations to the building.

When I arrived at the airport, I called for the shuttle and was told the driver called in sick. This morning I am waiting for the shuttle for the airport and was told that the shuttle is broken down. This was very stressful and I am now waiting for a ride to the airport

I like where it's at. I like the staff.

Air conditioner made a loud noise all night and shower knob was broken.
