"Hotel overcharged"

While my stay at the hotel was otherwise pleasant, I was disappointed by the handling of a promised benefit. I booked through Amex Travel as an American Express Platinum cardholder, which included a $100 food and beverage credit. At checkout, hotel staff confirmed that the credit would be applied, yet my credit card was charged the full amount. Over the past two weeks, I have made multiple follow-up attempts with both the hotel and my credit card company. Each time, I was assured that the refund would be processed, but no action has been taken. What is most frustrating is not the amount itself, but the lack of follow-through on commitments that were clearly communicated and acknowledged. I expect a hotel of this caliber to honor its advertised benefits and resolve billing issues promptly. I hope management addresses this matter and improves its customer service processes for future guests.

"Good views but that’s about it for the money."

Close to airport. Beautiful views of ocean. Staff are helpful.

Price is high for what you get (other than the view). Pillows weren’t good. Flat. One elevator is working for entire hotel.
