Clean, free breakfast, staff is nice

The hotel was very clean, we loved the patio area with the fire pit.

Yes, I had accidentally booked my room minutes later. I tried to cancel it. You refuse to cancel it even though you were charging me way more money. I was told I was gonna get a reimbursement. I didn’t.

That I was staying at a place that ripped me off

This was my second stay here at this hotel, and once again, I loved it. The staff was very gracious and friendly. I had an unexpected issue at the airport, which prevented me from flying into Pennsylvania until several days later. I reached out to Expedia, and they communicated this with the hotel on my behalf. Although I was unable to make the check-in time for my scheduled date, they still held my reserved room for when I arrived a few days later. The hotel property is always clean, inside and out. They also have free parking, free breakfast, free wifi, a gym, and they even accept delivery packages (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, etc.) on your behalf. It is also conveniently located for shopping and restaurants/eateries. Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pottstown Limerick is my new #1 spot for whenever I'm in Pottstown, PA.

Very comfortable bed and well-appointed rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel location is convenient. There’s a Walmart and a lot of a choice of different food, restaurants are walkable. Definitely recommend.
