I booked this hotel for the free breakfast however the breakfast was horrible. It was all pre-made waffles and the toasters didn’t work. I didn’t even end up eating any of the breakfast and went to Panera next door. I most likely won’t choose a Fairfield Inn again.

The manager was very warm and kind and the breakfast was adequate

The lobby smelled and we stayed there 5 days and no one came to clean our room!!! We even asked about it twice.

"I’m sure the owner means well but the staff is not"

When I walked into the hotel the first thing I smelled was wet dog because of the carpet They need a new carpet cleaner and they need to keep the filter changed. Also the bathroom door was broken in my room. And I refused to swim in the dirty pool.
