The staff was very friendly and attentive and addressed small issues very rapidly without an attitude.

The sink was clogged but again, they addressed it as soon as I reported.

We took some of the family to splash lagoon and it was a great place to stay. The staff was amazing and made you feel welcomed. It was easy to extend our stay for an extra night,they helped us get the room and tickets to splash lagoon included in the price of the room

"It’s a good and comfy place to stay while in Erie, would definitely come back."

The pool was great and the beds were very comfortable

I didn’t like that I woke up all sweaty because I couldn’t turn the air conditioner temperature down.
