Arrived to find the pool and hot tub were out of service but had no advance notification. Water in shower did not get hot enough. The sink did, so my guess is a scald guard was installed but set too low. With many options in the area, I would opt for a different property for future stays

We were there for a basketball tournament. The reception desk took my id and credit card and then tossed it back to me on tbe counter. She was kind of rude. The pool and hot tub were closedn I wish they stated that or let us know ahead of time. The room itself was in rougher shape, nothing like the pictures. You can also hear everything going on outside the room. I didnt feel like it was worth what we paid for. The beds on the other hand were super comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and the breakfast room was clean. The location of the hotel was in a safe location.

Overall the stay was really nice and on par with what I expected for the price. My only complaint is an overwhelming cleaning solution smell in the room, but it wouldn't bother anyone who isn’t sensitive to strong scents.

Bed was great.

When booking wasn't informed pool and hot tub want working! Was looking forward to it and booked hotel specifically for that . Felt taken advantage of!!!
