When I got there to check in, no I be was at the front desk. Waited 10 minutes, finally went to get food and came back. Waited another few minutes. The shower didn’t drain well.

"No water in pool!"

Main reason for choosing HIE is because it claimed to have a pool. BUT POOL WAS NOT FUNCTIONING!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

"Very very low grade"

Very little i liked shower was cold, no pool and we had a kid that loves to swim and last year when we were there it was not working. Wifi sucked!! Only thing I liked was breakfast, expensive breakfast when that was all I liked.

The guest in the room above us was stomping around all night and dropping stuff on the floor loudly. We were just in town for a funeral and we’re trying to get some rest for a funeral the next day so it was hard to sleep.

The property was nice, the breakfast was good but the pool and hot tub were out of order and after a long days drive was looking forward to a relaxing soak. Should of been given a discount, so very over priced
