Holiday Inn Express Jamestown by IHG

Slow check in. Could not get a room key due to updated software not working properly. A staff member had to keep letting me into my room. Shower head was loose and kept spinning due to the water pressure. Hard to get a decent shower

We had spent six nights camping and on our second full day of our driving trip home. We stayed at IHG in Moosejaw and it was very nice and we were looking forward to another good

No hot tub or pool

Check-in was terrible. Had two suites booked the hotel had only booked one receptionist "found" an open room which was a "standard" room.. when entering the room it was already occupied, when going back to reception to address the issue another 2 parties had the same issue with their booked rooms already being occupied.. the worst experience I've had while trying to stay at a hotel.

Dirty bathtub, very dusty room, no ice machine, mediocre breakfast (cold, tasteless eggs), had to throw icky food away that was in fridge when we got there, looked like one bed had unchanged sheets. Bed was comfortable.

Nothing really

The room smelled like old work boots and mildew The toilet ran ALL night and the water never got hot let alone warm for my shower... the bed had like permanent dent in it sonif you layed on one side you rolled towards the middle AND sooo close to the air conditioner that's you freeze... and it was to humid to turn it down... THE CARPET WAS SO NASTY and sticky walking without shoes was not an option... Pretty sure the manager/employee had his/her barking dog in his/her vehicle the entire time they were there... The amount of money people pay for a hotel room is outrageous and then to have it be subpar... just disappointing... check out is at 11 AM and having people knocking on the door started at like 745... I paid to be here until 11 AM ..... and didn't plan on being woke that early... 😒

Carpet throughout needs updating.
