Bird Rock Beach Hotel

I loved the staff very friendly and nice alexis from the kitchen and merci from front desk and the other front desk lady made our stay well

The receptionist and hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Made my spouse and I feel at home.

We stayed at a time that wasn't Tourist peak season so the Restaurant and bar was not always open for our leisure. We had to constantly eat out or order in delivery.

This is not a good place to stay, unclean rude and unhelpful staff, lacking the bare basics like towels in the room. Seriously avoid, if you don't care for the pool which is old and dirty (like the rest of the place then avoid this and go somewhere cheaper cleaner and more pleasant. No towels in the room, the place both inside and out looks so run down and old, the bed sheets were unclean. The staff at front desk couldn't help with anything and were so rude and unkind. The complex seems to be shared with a school/church so when by the pool we had sermons being shared out loud and kids watching the pool, constantly going past, it was so weird. This is one of the worst places I've stayed. AVOID

The scenery is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable. You can go swimming with the dolphins right there for a price.The staff is very caring,friendly and helpful. There is one major issue I found, the internet system needs updating. Wifi cuts off too often, drop calls often

Breakfast was good but too long to come. Staff were friendly and kind

Housekeepers were good great customer service, location was convenient

Door was hard to open, need renovation furnishers old , iron board fell apart, pillows small and flat
