Bird Rock Beach Hotel

We booked to this hotel for an overnight stay. upon check in, the room is not ready yet, housekeeper is outside the room chatting with other employee while we were there waiting fir our room to be ready. when they finally told ua its ready, it turned out that its not the room i actailly booked. I booked a bigger room.but they gave me the standard room. so they asked us to wait again to be moved to our room. whje we finally got in to our room, it was not clean, the bed is messed up, the worst of all, bathroom is broken that my husband needs to use a trash bin to flush the toilet. wenwer very tireed the whole day and all.we wnatef to do is to take a shower and be comfortable in the hotel. i was so disappointed that i ended up cancelling our stay and move to a new hotel. the receptionist promised us that my payment will be refunded but until now i have not been refunded yet.

It’s not what we we pay for and I didn’t stay there I left in one hour

it was comfortable and quiet staff was nice

I liked everything about this place and I would go back again

Location near the dolphin park & view

That they never checked their WhatsApp messages, there was no fridge, microwave or kitchenette. Pool was black/moldy. Hotel looked dated and in desperate need of a renovation/update. Their breakfast was basic and yet the pancakes were wet on the inside. The first night WiFi and tv was down so we went to the reception around 7pm and there was no one there but the following day when we visited the reception again, someone was there and the situation was rectified.

The property is well kept and the staff did a fabulous job in the area of housekeeping dinging

The location is amazing and the staff are great however the facility need much improvement. The shower drain does NOT work. The pillows are too small and wornout The sheets are over used , too small for the beds and need changing urgently All TV need to be smart TV The tables on the patio are old and need changing immediately

It was quiet

My room water pressure wasn’t strong, the tiles in the bathroom seemingly had gathered dust that was very evident. Soap remains were in the shower drain.
