The location

Terrible stay with poor customer service! Our reception was poor. After booking with Bookings.com we we told there were no rooms available. We had to wait 30 minutes for the supervisor to approve our stay. It was not a good reception the guy at the reception desk was not friendly.The room was poorly decorated, the bed was hard, the pillows were poor, and there was no trash can in the room or bathroom. I will not return there again.
