Beautiful

Views are amazing, rooms are ok, but old. Staff is nice. For me it was noisy with the dolphins aquairum next to the hotel.

I didn't have hot water for the first two days. There was no fridge in my room. The air conditioning wasn't working until I complained. . Breakfast was not included

Location was perfect within reach of everything

The property is pretty run down. there were some sort of animal or insect droppings in the bathroom on the counter. And at the end of the season, the restaurant was out of most menu items, including fruit. Mango trees all around and no fruit to be had. I paid $17 for scrambled eggs. Disappointing.

Well situated for my business trip with friendly and helpful staff.

Bed was comfortable. Reception staff (lady) was very friendly and welcoming.

Pool wasn’t clean. Hotel is very run down. There are no bars or restaurants around the hotel. You definitely need a car.

When checked everything was ok . First of all I reserved a room with a king bed I got a room with a queen bed . Everything started going down hill from there . The next I left my room with no linen on the bed. I took them off because they got wet . When I came back to my room that evening only to find out there was no room service . I then went to the office to ask for sheets and was told by the staff at the front desk that there are no sheets that can be given to me . I did volunteer to make the bed myself . That did not make a difference. The young man at the front fest decided to switch my room . That have solved my issue. When I went to the other room I realize it was a downgrade from my original room . I no longer had a view . I no longer had a kitchenette I no longer had a refrigerator There was no deadlock on the front entrance door The sliding glass door did not lock . Therefore I had no sense of security . Every sound that was heard during the night had me jumping . Could not sleep because any can pull on the glass door and it opens . Also the WIFI in the room that I was moved to needs a booster . It shows a signal but very very weak . Other than that . The place definitely can be better. It is always nice to have extra towels and linens in a hotel room .

the staff was awesome. The house keepers were excellent.
