MHO Hotel Eloy Casa Grande near I-10

location next to the interstate hwy

Truck stop across the street. Convenient for me. Food next door and a restaurant across the street. Fridge and microwave in the room too.

Takes a while for the A/C to cool the room, but then it is over 100° outside.

Place was ran down and did not look like the pictures at all. Was very dirty and smelled on urine. There were holes in the walls and floors!

There was no ironing board and no coffee maker. I didn't feel safe outside. I stayed 2 nites and they didn't clean my room after the 1st nite. Only 1 washcloth for 2 nites and they didn't bring extras.

All great!

Loved my stay. Will visit again soon

The price

The manager was a jerk. I went into my room and it was disgusting. Dirty foot prints in the tub, nasty walls, the beds weren’t made. I would not let me child touch anything . Turned around and went back to the window for my money . He told me to call booking.com even though I paid him . Then told me to call OYO customer service. Just to be routed back to him and him to be rude and hang up on me. Then he tells me don’t worry you’re fine. I already refunded your money. Even though he hadn’t, I asked him about a refund receipt and printed out my original itinerary and wrote refunded on it. He was rude and dismissive. I would not pay one red cent for that disgusting horrible room and bad customer service do not get this hotel room.

This hotel was located at a major truck stop. Traffic noise was noticeable. The lobby was not open; had to do business thru night window. Staff was leasant and helpful but it still felt distant.
