MHO Hotel Eloy Casa Grande near I-10

Always very frindly and good service

The sheets had stains on them the bathroom wall had a whole in it. the sink wouldn't drain the walls and ceiling were patched with black tape . There wasn't any outlets to charge my phone

Disappointing to have to wait (~10 minutes) outside in the Porte cochere for the check in clerk to appear — we arrived to a “Back in 15 minutes” sign in the window and the lobby was locked. Bed was serviceable, but, there were no chairs even though there was enough space in the corners of the room. Tub was noticeably stained and there was a bit of brown debris (bug?) on the tub floor. Extended conversation until after ten or eleven was disturbingly audible through the exterior wall.

We were there at 942pm to a sign on the door be back in 15 waited for 25 mins and no one showed up so i lost 72 dollars and had to drive another hr to get a room. So oyo will never get my business again...

Thick layer of dust on everything in the room. Bathroom was very dirty. Did not want to take off shoes at all. However, bed was comfortable. Glad we only stayed one night.

It was convenient to where I was going

I tried to check in early and was given a number to call and no answer! I would have paid more if needed to check in early. My wife had just got out of surgery and we had to sit in our car from 11:00 till 3pm… not cool at all. The clerk was not very polite with me and had no feelings about my wife just getting out of surgery… he did not offer any accommodations and the lobby wasn’t even open. Very disappointed in the costumer service

I've stayed there before and liked it.

This hotel is the very worst. There is no one in the office and I had to stand in the cold at a window. I rang the bell about 3 times waiting several minutes between each one. When I opened the door there was cleaning stuff in the bed, a mop in the floor, and a vacuum cleaner in fron of the tv. Called the desk she came and got the stuff and finished making the beds. The floor was not clean so it wasn't vacuumed. The shower didn't work so you have to rake a bath but no stopper. There were no washcloths either. The next morning I took Mt key card to the window and he told me the security deposit they charged to my card would be released. Guess what 3 hours later nothing. Called the hotel multiple times. No answer. Tried the customer service. I am still in the system as checked in so it will not release my 100 00. They can't help either. I would recommend that no one ever stay in this place. Ever.
