MHO Hotel Eloy Casa Grande near I-10

Rooms weren't clean .could not understand the people running the office. They tell you that they would have my room cleand an fixed on Saturday morning an when we got back they still did not do anything in my room.still have not got my 100 dollars Deposit

Hotel staff lady was really sweet. Looks so sketchy on the outside. But it worked for the money and the bed and floors was clean but my door looked like it was off the hinges like a lot and patched holes in the walls. I didn't even use the shower it was stained but other than that it's not a bad motel.

The hotel was situated in a seedy part of town. I had to check in through a glass window from the outside. The room was filthy. The carpets alone were gross. The towels were so stained we didn't dare use them. The microwave handle was broken. The bathroom door hinges were broken and glued together. Mini Fridge wouldn't stay on because the plug kept falling out of the outlet. The mattresses were very old and stained. We lasted maybe one hour in the room and then decided to pack up and leave to a better hotel. It was so bad there we left knowing we were risking not getting a refund for the two nights we booked. I was right. No one is even caring to get back to me about our concerns. We won't be returning to Oyo.

There was no breakfast

Bed was a little lumpy

Outlets were broke and sparking shower knobs pulling out of wall microwave didnt work holes in floors pool was nasty and to much clorine way to much

Nothing the bed had a stain on the sheet looked aa if the bed sheets and pillow cases were never changed the towels looked dirty

I booked a 2 night stay with travel protection to cover myself in case I needed to cancel but upon arrival I was told that everything was non refundable so that was a waste of my money also room was not very clean at all so in the future I will not book anymore reservations at your hotel.

This hotel is located across the street from a truck stop. Non stop noise all night. The sheets were stained and had crusty stuff. Hair in the shower and on the towels. Shower floor was extremely dirty. Brown stains on the wall next to the toilet. Water stained ceilings. On the flip side it didn’t have bedbugs. Wouldn’t stay at an OYO again.
