Days Inn by Wyndham Ruidoso Downs

They never cleaned our room and had to get more coffee because they never cleaned our room or do the beds.

It was dirty, smelled and not a comfortable stay. When asked for a refund , it was denied . I didn’t stay there.

Had hair in the bed in BOTH rooms we reserved and one of my towels had black stuff on it . I booked a King bed preferably on ground level because my mom is a disabled amputee and the gave me a twin bed and still charged me for the king room when I went to complain about it I was told they gave my room to someone else because he was handicapped which my mother also was.

Great and comfortable place

Trying to charge me double on my card and won’t resolve the issue…

I don’t really think they clean the room found hairs on the pillow and towels where dirty

Great size room ,pool was clear and very warm great hotel if traveling with children

When I searched for the a hotel it said pet friendly. I always look and how see if there is a deposit or extra charge. The website for the Is hotel says it charges $20 for each pet each night. They ended up charging us $50 for each pet each night. We paid $100 for our 2 pets for one night. They need to not false advertise

Comfortable beds but the parking lot noise can be an issue. The pool and hot tub was functional but needs a refresh.

Loved it very quiet and peaceful not like other motels that you hear all night long people outside the rooms
