It said dog friendly there was absolutely nowhere for your dog to go to the bathroom. The room smelled like pee and it was nothing like the picture that was online and there was so many sketchy people outside our room. It was scary.

I am usually not one for bad reviews on hotels since we use it to literally just sleep after a full day out… BUT this hotel was terrible. We arrived and there was a crusty thong on sink pipes, the sheets were stained, not enough towels, the towels that were provided looked dirty like they had literal dirt on them, I could go on and on. Two different people within 20 mins of each other tried to get into our room, and left after I announced it was the wrong room and I’d call front desk. It was awful, I took plenty pictures that I can provide each site with. This was not worth the almost 3K spent for a family vacation.

The shower was disabled so we had to take a bath. Other than that it was a nice room and a good value. Would stay there again.

Staff was very friendly. Room, office, and breakfast area was very clean. Kudos to maids because rooms were VERY clean. I would definitely stay there again.
