Nothing at all my money was taken and the company refused to refund me this place is so very unfit

I am seeking legal action simply because service were not rendered and they refuse to refund however there were two others in front of me that demanded a refund horrible experience I was not even checked in at all and still no refund very disappointed

Its was horrible infested with bugs very dirty carpets it un habitable very bad smell bathroom nasty

Ewwwwww....he rooms are indescribably gross. The lamps near the bed did not work upon my arrival. Neither did the TV. Now I must say; the staff was 10 out of 10 with their service and effort. But if you are not a drug addict, it’s probably be blessed. You don’t stay here.

Bonjour, je vais vous expliquer ce qui s'est passé à l'hôtel : je suis arrivé le jour de ma réservation et j'ai récupéré la clé de ma chambre. J'ai constaté que toutes les chambres étaient ouvertes et que l'hôtel était très fréquenté.
