Clean

The hotel was clean and easily accessible. The room was a little dated, but still very clean and enjoyable.

The two-bed rooms overlooking the pool and courtyard are fantastic. They are large and luxurious with great beds. The next night the two-bed was not available and stayed in a king-bed room which was smaller and not as nice but still good.

We enjoyed the pool and spa. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but it had a stale smell. Decor looks a bit dated.

Very bad on all level, they do not deserve the rating specifically when you ask for help

Very bad front desks when you call and tell them that you have a reservation through booking

There was severe mold in the bathroom, the paint was peeling off with black mold, there was no fan in the bathroom, if there is visible mold and peeling bulging paint how clean is the room? I have photos but no here is no way to upload them. Food was expensive and not any better than McDonalds

The room smelled really bad. Other than that everything was fine.

Excellent location. Staff are well trained and polite!
