I want to start by saying that the hotel itself is lovely, and I truly had a great stay—right up until I received my bill. The total amount I actually owed for my stay was $2,387. However, my credit card was charged $2,496, along with an additional charge of $3,454. These amounts did not match my final invoice and were never properly explained. I made several attempts to resolve this, including multiple phone calls and emails, many of which went unanswered or did not go through. After continued effort, I was finally able to reach someone who acknowledged the issue and assured me that I would receive a refund within 10 business days. Unfortunately, that refund never came. It has now been several months, and I still do not have a resolution. I have since opened a dispute with my credit card company, but that process is slow and should not have been necessary if this had been handled properly from the beginning. What is most disappointing is that throughout this process, I have felt that there has been no consistent follow-up or support to resolve the issue. This has taken away from what was otherwise a very pleasant stay. I would greatly appreciate immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution.

We love this hotel and stayed here every year for nearly a decade. The location and the staff make it a winner. That said our last stay was a disappointment because our favorite on property restaurant was closed except for lunch. We so enjoyed quiet outdoor breakfasts by the sea. We missed the sunset dinners. It was a real dumb decision in our opinion. If it stays closed for the morning and evening we may have to rethink our stays. The valet staff are superb. We hope it changes back to its former glory. That said the room service was excellent. Eating breakfast on our balcony was very enjoyable. We do not care for buffets.

Everything was so cleaned and beautiful

The restaurants, the waiters gave priority to foreigners even-though I traveled with a friend of mine who is a foreign. As they saw I was a Mexican they didn’t pay attention to us
