Not yet open when we left

Breakfast was good bit need to add biscuits and gravy. Location was good The Lady that runs the Hotel was very nice greeting everyone that came for breakfast and wishing safe travels to the guest checking out. She was there to greet us when we arrived and there in the morning getting the breakfast ready a very nice Lady

Our door stuck a little hard to open and close

Very dirty property. Elevator was broken. Pipes leaking in the hallway ceiling. Ice machine broken. Piles of cigarette butts around the building. Broken side door allows anybody to enter. Trash in the parking lot. Holes in the hallway ceiling tiles. Multiple channels not working on tv. Black ring around toilet bowl. Chips in furniture. Stairway floors filthy. Hallways stink with a foul odor. Stains on chair upholstery. Stains on walls. Peeling paint on bathroom ceiling. Multiple preventative maintenance issues ignored. Front desk staff unprofessional and disrespectful.

Breakfast was dissappointing

Waffle batter was empty, no juice, no bacon, no eggs nothing hot

The location was great and the staff was nice.

From the outside, the hotel looks okay, but once inside, there is a lot in disrepair. It’s clear that the property is not well maintained. Hallways are dimly lit, carpets are stained, wallpaper is peeling, and outlet covers are often upside down and crooked. Signs hanging up are faded. In our room, there was a light missing above the bathroom sink and there was no working fan in the bathroom. The battery cover was missing from the TV remote. There were no handles on the drawers by the TV. The fabric on the chair in corner of the room was stained and dirty, so we didn’t use it. In the breakfast area, the toaster didn’t work.

The convenience and I wasn’t super busy

The breakfast was just waffles, cereal, and danishes when we were told on the phone that they would have a hot breakfast with eggs and bacon and stuff like that

The parking lot needs some updating

Location was great for where we were headed.

The bed covers were filthy and the shower water did not get hot. It was luke warm. Also the elevator was not working.
