Reeked of ciggaretres. Used bath towel in bathroom. No hot water. Beds damp. We left. Did process refund though which was nice

I only gave this 1 star bc the staff was super nice and the pool was nice. the room smelled like mold coming from the air conditioning, the entire carpet was wet for some reason, and the bathroom door was falling apart and wouldn’t even close. there’s ample choices nearby to stay at, i wouldn’t recommend staying here

The room was dirty, paint peeling, bathroom nasty and falling apart, dead bugs everywhere, (no bed bugs tho), floor nasty, the picture online looked nothing like the real room. the breakfast was a joke, not even worth mentioning in the listing ad.
