It was close to oak mall for the eye clinic that we had surgery scheduled. The bed was more firm that we perfer The breakfast was limited compared to other hotels. Premade waffles, oatmeal and biscuits. No ceral or juice.The staff was friendly and helpful . The handicap shower needs to have anti slip stripping put in it. we perfer.

The room was clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, but when I went to adjust the AC in the little sitting area in front of the AC unit, the floor was wet because the AC was leaking.

The room smelled like smoke and mold. The water was cloudy and the shower caulk was peelinh off and moldy.

If you need a “just to place to lay your head” this is fine. It’s cheap. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. The room just felt dirty, it was muggy and moldy. Staff was very nice and there’s water pressure!!!! It was a last min booking but won’t stay again. Just felt dirty

Days Inn should be ashamed! Our room smelled like a wet dog. We arrived at midnight so it was too late to get another hotel. We slept in our clothes and left at 6 AM. It was so bad. The curtains were ripped. The carpet was disgusting. The bathroom was gross. The hallway outside looked like it hadnt been pressure washing in 20 years. I can’t believe that they wouid rent a room to somebody. This is way past disgusting

No hot water, dated. Walls had holes and stains. Carpet was dirty and desperately needs replacing. The whole place needs a feesh cot of paint and deep cleaning.

The people were nice. The room was clean. It took me a while to figure out the toilet handle was broken as the water wouldn’t stop running, and I woke up in the morning, stepped down on the carpet to find the carpet was soaking wet. The air conditioner had leaked all of my carpet. It had a really bad, wet dog smell.

DO NOT STAY HERE – Disgusting and unhygienic This was hands-down the worst hotel experience my family and I have ever endured. I wouldn’t wish a stay here on anyone. The conditions were absolutely appalling from the moment we walked in and frankly, this place should take more time in the cleanliness of the place. Let me break it down: • Bedbugs. Yes, bedbugs. We noticed bites on back, neck, arms. This alone warrants immediate closure and fumigation. • Flying insects. The room was infested with flying gnats or fruit flies even if you killed some more would appear – it was disgusting and impossible to relax or want to sleep. • Overwhelming stench. The room reeked of a moldy, musty smell that hit you like a wall the moment we opened the door. Such an unpleasant experience. • Filthy carpets and walls. The carpet was stained, damp, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The walls were visibly dirty with smudges, grime, and unknown splatters. • Bathroom. Not the worst part of the room however, The towels provided had visible stains. Absolutely unusable. Staff did not think to leave a spare roll of tissue being the one currently in the room was empty. When arriving we were put into a room that had what looked like vomit in sink • General neglect. Everything about the room screamed neglect and poor management. I would never expect luxury at a budget hotel, but basic hygiene and cleanliness are non-negotiable. This hotel should issue us a full refund immediately.
