Breakfast offerings could be better

The breakfast was only mediocre. Bathroom shower headneeded replacement and bathroom ceiling tiles had mildew.Amole towels replenished dailly Staff were friendly and helpful.

Needed vacuuming in the rooms

Convenience of dining, shopping and walkable. The staff was excellent and the room was very clean.

The pillows were cut in half and tiny. So strange. But overall it was a nice room.

I had an allergic reaction to the black mold that was above the shower.

Horrible. Filthy. Anyone can walk into the hotel off the street after hours despite sign on doors saying doors are lock between dusk to dawn. They are not. They send customers to rooms that are not cleaned by the maid…beds unmade , dirty floors, etc . Then found us different room after saying they had nothing else . Beds were made but floor was sticky, room smelled of cigarette smike, and refrigerator was dirty and did not work. They refused to issue refund because they got their money already..

Property manager that night was extremely rude. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The information book in my room stated that breakfast was until 10:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. It was stated in two places in the Comfort Suites Book on the dresser. I went for breakfast at 9:10 and it was closed..all food was gone and cleaned up except for coffee. The staff person said breakfast is until 9 every day. She pointed at a sign that was inside the breakfast room that had the Saturday and Sunday hours taped over. I told her then showed her the info in the book and asked if there was at least a muffin package left and she said sorry, no. I asked for the manager who was coming in at 10. I waited but no manager at 10:15 yet. They told me to go online and call the number…no answer. I asked for a refund to buy breakfast at McDonalds, but no manager was there to okay the request. I couldn’t keep waiting around. I had to leave to go to a graduation with no breakfast or resolutions. The room was nice, but they should have compensated me for the incorrect information that was in the info book. I won’t stay there again.

Gross, unacceptably gross. Stained sheet, black mold on the window AC unit. Breakfast which we would have skipped after noticing the flies, was non-existent. The entire experience was awful.
