Bathtub was awful...showerhead just bubbled (room 115) surroundings sketchy

Took over 30 minutes to get checked in. We were not informed by the property beforehand that there was a $100 cash only deposit, so we had to use the onsite ATM. Then we had to give the lady who checked me in all three of the ID’s of the people staying in the room. She then dropped my ID and had to use a toilet plunger to pick it up (hopefully it wasn’t used). Then we get to our room and there were dead bugs and stains all over the walls, a toilet that did not flush properly, and an A/c unit that did not blow cold air. We immediately checked out of the hotel, had to give them back the receipt given for the $100 cash deposit to get out deposit back and will never come back. Would give 0/10 if possible.

This was literally the worst hotel stay I've ever had in my entire life. Roaches in my room. The sheets were not clean. Had to barricade my room doors because they would not shut. Would not stay here. Ever. It was so crappy I checked out before midnight the same day I checked in

People were friendly, but the room walls and floors were filthy

It was under construction and things were a mess. You could not get into the office and had to use the window for transactions. Room was in need of repair and needed a new carpet. Hard getting in and out of the property. I think that after the construction is over it will be a nice place to stay.

Worst service ever! Required cash only deposit, ATM was out of service. Disrespectful attitude! Literally said I can't help you, clost the slide door and walked away!

Hotel staff not helpful hotel run down a lot of repairs, room had mice living in it.

Dirty, holes in the wall, nothing worked, doors don't shut or lock properly, no amenities. no hot water for 3 days.

This is the worse place I've ever stayed. I've stayed at other inexpensive hotel's at the last minute and they were all clean. When I arrived they asked for 100.00 deposit, I may have overlooked that when I purchased the room. The room was filthy and nasty. The bathroom wasn't really clean and their was still hair in the shower and on the floor from the last guest. I had a long drive so I did want to deal with it and just went to bed. Their was only one outlet available to plug in my phone which was in the bathroom. I left for the day and came back. The room was not cleaned, no clean towels, soap or shampoo. I went to the checkin counter and mentioned this to them. They told me if I wanted the room cleaned with towels and so, I that I had to request it. I was sent to house cleaning to pick up the items. This is the only bad review that I have ever left. I'm trying to attach the pictures but the app isn't opening.
